Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (after delivery)

  • Personal use items

  • Discounted or sale items

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos/video proof

  • We will offer replacement or full refund

Refund Process

  • After approval, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refund will be sent via:

    • Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays shipping for “change of mind”

  • We cover shipping if product is faulty or wrong
